A gorgeous, late November day was the perfect backdrop to Kailey and Jalyn’s wedding at Oak Meadow Event Center. Plenty of family and friends, dressed in pinks and blues, laughed and cried as they celebrated the love of two very special people.

I adored watching the immense thoughtfulness of Kailey and Jalyn’s family members as they gifted each other important tokens before the ceremony. Paintings of Jalyn’s late mother, handkerchiefs with ribbons from each family member’s wedding, scrapbooks, pins, and Bibles–they were truly the most thoughtful gift-giving family I have ever met.

In a similar note, their wedding ceremony was sincere and full of meaning. The prayer, communion, and vows were all directed towards this beautiful God-given gift of marriage. As Kailey’s brother-in-law officiated, I could sense both the seriousness and wonderful blessing that marriage would have for them.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching Kailey and Jalyn laugh with each other, pick on their friends, cry with family, and, most importantly, vow to love each other forever. I hope you enjoy seeing a highlight of their gorgeous wedding day and all of the moments that made it special.
