A small garden wedding in the heart of Georgetown was the perfect celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Farmer. After an early morning visit to the Lincoln Memorial, family and close friends headed to the Dumbarton House to witness Robin and Jonathan exchange vows. After being delayed by pandemic restrictions for two years, this celebration was a welcomed sight. Set in a beautiful garden, donned with blues and greens, this couple read aloud personal vows, celebrated with delicious food, and danced with laughter. From the delicate blue flowers on the cake to Robin’s romantic dress, stunning feminine touches filled the day. One especially fun moment was Robin and Jonathan’s first dance which began with the playful handshake seen in the Parent Trap. This joyful moment set the tone for the rest of the afternoon where family gathered to laugh and celebrate together.
Please enjoy scrolling through this romantic, gorgeous day celebrating a couple I am thankful to call precious friends, Mr. and Mrs. Farmer.
