When I first moved to Sumner County, I drove into Wilson County and took a peak at country music star, Reba McEntire’s home. Right on the Cumberland River and surrounded by gorgeous fields, this beautiful estate fit for a star is now a luxurious wedding venue: The Estate at Cherokee Dock.
Specializing in full weekend wedding events, this mansion holds the perfect space to cater to the bride and groom while also hosting special wedding guests. At Cherokee Dock, you can soak in the hot tub before your rehearsal dinner, lounge in the theater room in the evening, or sit shoreline at sunset all without leaving the property. The next day, you can enjoy your ceremony on any of the 13 acres and then celebrate at a tented reception or in the Lakeside Event Center. You can spend the next morning taking time to reflect and refresh for your honeymoon or you may decide to host a celebration brunch with those closest to you.
Doesn’t this sound restful, beautiful, and FUN? I one hundred percent recommend this weekend wedding plan! But don’t worry, The Estate at Cherokee Dock also hosts one day ceremonies and elopements.
Do you still need convincing?
Take a look at some gorgeous bridal details on the property with luxury wedding vendors. The sunlight peaked trees, neutral stone, and water front views make this a photographer’s dream location.
Are you ready to plan your wedding day at the Cherokee Dock wedding venue? I am ready to talk to you.
