It was a gorgeous day in April for family and friends to gather at a stunning garden wedding. Guests traveled to Nashville from Pittsburg and Georgia eager to celebrate Madison and Ben. This was a celebration no one wanted to miss because one, these two are adorably in love, and two, they know how to throw an awesome party. Friends laughed for hours, delicious food was enjoyed, and the dancing rarely stopped.
Throughout the day I was in awe of how relaxed and calm everyone was while still being energetic, comical, and fun. The entire day felt like the feeling of family. It was if everyone knew each other for decades, and they were at ease in each other’s presence, ready to laugh just like old times.
It didn’t go unnoticed that the intentionality Madison and Ben put into their wedding day gave everyone this wonderful sense of family. From the homemade cookies at the Pittsburg cookie table to the “Note from Ben & Madison” laying on each plate, no detail was overlooked. This wonderful group even rallied together when the flower girl ran out of flowers before making it down the aisle. Without hesitation, guests filled up her basket with their own flowers to help her make it down. The loving atmosphere of this day was palatable, and Madison and Ben were the originators of it all.
